Walking across the bridge, I was able to take in views of the river as well as the surrounding countryside.
The walk itself was very peaceful and enjoyable. The path is lined with trees and wildflowers, and the river flows slowly and quietly below.
I stopped to take in the scenery and listen to the birds singing in the trees.
As I walked, I came across a number of benches that provided a great spot to rest and take in the views.
I took my time as I enjoyed this walk, and it was a great way to end my day in Stratford.

Heading off from Clopton Bridge, I headed out to explore Spernal and Rotherfield, two small villages located nearby.

Continuing my exploration of the Stratford-upon-Avon area, I ventured out to take in the sights of Snitterfield and Ufton.
The route is about 6 miles, taking in the beauty of the rolling hills and lush countryside of the area.
Starting in Snitterfield, I walked along a tree-lined path, with plenty of oaks and maples providing a canopy of shade.
The path wound its way through a number of fields, all of which were full of wildflowers, aromatic herbs, and vibrant colours.
The loop then turned towards Ufton and continued through a wooded area, with the sunlight filtering through the trees and birds singing in the background.
I paused here and there to take in the views, taking in the charming villages and rolling hills of the area.
Further along the path, I encountered a number of small streams, adding to the beauty of the walk.
Eventually, I arrived at the end of the loop, having had the chance to take in the beauty of Snitterfield and Ufton.
Shottery and River Avon Walk
Exploring further, I set out on a beautiful walk from Shottery to the River Avon, taking in the stunning sights of the area.
The walk was around seven miles, taking me through the gorgeous English countryside and the villages of Welford-on-Avon and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Along the way, I encountered some fascinating wildlife, including buzzards, woodpeckers, and otters.
I also experienced some lovely views of the River Avon, as well as the stunning grounds of Anne Hathaway’s cottage.
It was a truly magical experience, and by the end of the walk, I felt refreshed and invigorated.
St Mary’s and Clopton Walk
Bask in the beauty of the English countryside as you meander through the picturesque villages of St Mary’s and Clopton on your way to the River Avon.
