With increasing demands on everyone’s time and energy, it has never been so important to take some time out for yourself to enjoy the positive energy of nature.
Come along and experience mindfulness through walking in the beautiful surroundings of Weald Country Park. The walk is led by a trained meditation practitioner and will assist in relieving stress, allow you to experience the natural world on a deeper level and find your own inner balance.
This walk is ideal for adults. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and loose clothing suitable for the weather on the day.
Please meet at the Visitor Centre. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks or purchase them if needed from the onsite Café. If you are coming by car there will be a small pay and display car parking charge, which goes back into maintaining the park.
