With an increased drive to use the healing power of herbs for a variety of health benefits, is now the time to learn how to use them yourself?
Tutor Vanessa Neville, a community and medical herbalist will be returning to Cressing with a brand new Herbal workshop in 2017. A visit to the beautiful Walled Garden to discuss modern medicine and its role within individuals healthcare and the use of traditional culinary herbs that can be found in your own garden or allotment. There will then be a practical session to create a herbal preparation.
With limited spaces available, we advise you to book early on this workshop. Please dress for a crisp winters day, wear sturdy shoes, and either bring along a packed lunch or provision to buy lunch in the onsite Tiptree Barns tearoom. Parking is free.
